Arrival Everyday
The photographer will be in Pre-School Monday the 17th June, you should have received a letter in your child’s tray with all the information you need, please contact us for a slot if you need one.
Thank you to everyone who attended our Progress Day, it is so important to work together in partnership for the best outcomes for the children, please catch us to have a quick update of your child’s progress if you were unable to attend. On Friday we passed over all the children’s information to their new schools to help the children to transition smoothly into their new environments.
We are now looking at Moving On books with the children about moving to their new schools and talking about how things change with new children coming into our Preschool in September. We have pictures of local schools and look at the different uniforms.
Our caterpillars are now all in cocoons and we await their hatching into beautiful Painted Lady butterflies. The children are very excited at this.
We water and take care of our tomato plants in the garden kindly donated by Sebastians family who have grown them from seeds sent from his grandmothers’ garden in Romania, we are very excited to see them grow. We will be planting seeds to take home and continuing to look after our flower & herb beds in the garden. We will also be observing the caterpillars as they grow and change into butterflies that we will release into the garden.
Please make sure you are bringing in the items you signed up to on the snack and consumables list, and a big thank you to those who regularly donate items each week.
A reminder to everyone that no food containing Nuts or Sesame must be brought onto the premises, in lunch boxes or for snacks. No food items or sweets are to be brought in by older siblings at drop off and pick up times. Thank you.
