Remember​​ PHOTO ORDERS​​ must be returned by​​ 11th​​ November,​​ which is Monday​​ with the payment, all the information is in the pack,​​ please read the instructions carefully and choose​​ what photographs you wish to buy, each photograph has a reference number. If you do not wish to
place an order pleases return the proofs.

Our Progress Day will be held on Thursday​​ 28th​​ November, normal pre-school is closed. The
sign​​ -​​ up sheet will be in the lobby​​ for you to make an appointment with your key person, please see Michele or Helen if you have any questions. You will receive a letter this week with more information.​​ Our expectation is that we see all parents for a meeting as it is very​​ important,​​ we work together​​ with you,​​ for the best outcomes for each child.

Please make sure you are bringing in the items you signed up to on the snack and consumables list,​​ so we have​​ items​​ to serve the children at snack time…. Thank​​ you.

A reminder to everyone that no food containing​​ Nuts,​​ sweets​​ or​​ chocolate​​ must be​​ put in children’s lunches.

Please​​ clearly​​ name all items belonging to your child, coats, bags, shoes, lunch bags, water bottles and uniform.

Scooters And Bikes Must Not Be Ridden​​ into​​ The Building​​ for​​ Health & Safety Reasons

Please Leave Them​​ Safely​​ Outside of The​​ Pre-School Lobby​​ While Collecting Your Child

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

  • Monday 4th​​ November​​ –​​ Pre-School​​ Re-Opens.

  • Thursday 28th​​ November –​​ Progress Day normal​​ Pre-School​​ closed parents attend a Progress Meeting​​ with their child’s keyperson.

  • Thursday 12th​​ December –​​ Pre-School​​ closes at 12pm for Christmas Break.​​ (No​​  ​​ ​​ ​​​​ afternoon session more info to follow.)  ​​​​ 

  • Friday 13th​​ December – Tuesday January 7th, 2025​​ –​​ Pre-School​​ closed Christmas Break.

  • Wednesday 8th​​ January 2025 –​​ Pre-School​​ Re-Opens 1st​​ day of Spring Term 2025.

 

Please make sure there is no flavoured water, squash, or milk in children’s water bottles, as​​ we have several children with dietary requirements and allergies. Anything​​ other than plain water will​​ be​​ emptied out and replaced with tap water.

Please​​ name every coat your child​​ wears to

Pre-School.​​ They now need a warm winter coat not just a raincoat or a fleece. We are free flow into the garden all day​​ and the children need to keep warm.

 

Please name your child’s lunch bags on​​ the outside,​​ we are having to guess who they belong to, and we have many duplicate bags. This is very important​​ as we need to make sure the children get the
correct food due to​​ food restrictions
and allergies/intolerances.
