Welcome back everyone, we hope you have enjoyed your summer break. We look forward to seeing​​ everyone​​ and hearing your news. We will be holding a​​ Returning Induction Session on​​ Wednesday 4th​​ September between 9-1pm​​ for all returning children, you have all been given a time slot with your child’s Keyperson. You will need to sign funding forms,​​ sign​​ the​​ new snack list and update us of any changed contact details, health issues, child’s progress e.g.​​ toilet training.​​ We re-open for normal sessions on Thursday 5th​​ September.

We welcome our new children and their families from​​ Monday 9th​​ September​​ as they start to join us each day.

Over the next few​​ weeks,​​ the​​ returning​​ children will be adjusting to the change of​​ children attending, new children will be settling in and they will all be getting to know each other and bonding as a group.

Please make sure you are bringing in the items you signed up to on the snack and consumables list, and a big thank you to those who regularly donate items each week.

A reminder to everyone that no food containing​​ Nuts,​​ sweets​​ or​​ chocolate​​ must be​​ put in children’s lunches.

Please​​ clearly​​ name all items belonging to your child, coats, bags, shoes, lunch bags, water bottles and uniform.

Scooters And Bikes Must Not Be Ridden​​ into​​ The Building​​ for​​ Health & Safety Reasons

Please Leave Them​​ Safely​​ Outside of The​​ Pre-School Lobby​​ While Collecting Your Child

  • Wednesday 4th​​ September 12pm – 1pm –​​ Re-Induction Meeting for returning​​  ​​​​ children.

  • Thursday​​ 5th​​ September​​ – Pre-School re-opens.​​ First​​ Day of Autumn Term.

  • Wednesday 23rd​​ October​​ ​​ Photographer​​ in Pre-School.​​ (More info to follow.)

  • Thursday 24th​​ October​​ – Last​​ Day of​​ Term.

  • Friday​​ 25th​​ October –​​ Closed for Inset Day.

  • Mon 28th​​ October - Fri 1st Nov​​ – Pre-School closed for Half Term Break

  • Monday 4th​​ November​​ –​​ Pre-School​​ Re-Opens.

  • Thursday 28th​​ November –​​ Progress Day​​ normal Pre-School closed parents,​​ attend a Progress Meeting with their child’s keyperson.

  • Thursday 12th​​ December –​​ Pre-School closes at 12pm for Christmas Break.​​ (No​​ afternoon session more info to follow.)

  • Friday 13th​​ December – Tuesday January 7th, 2025​​ ​​ Pre-School closed Christmas Break.

  • Wednesday 8th​​ January 2025 –​​ Pre-School​​ Re-Opens 1st​​ day of Spring Term 2025.

 

Please make sure there is no flavoured water, squash, or milk in children’s water bottles, as​​ we have several children with dietary requirements and allergies. Anything other than plain water will​​ be​​ emptied out and replaced with tap water.
